Anthea has a background in change management and also human resources and coaching. Having experienced a busy career and job changes, as well as being coached herself, she has great empathy and understanding for clients.
She has worked with clients who wanted to focus on work life balance, trying to meet work challenges, setting up a new business or at a cross roads in life.
Her style is naturally inquisitive and she will listen to what you are saying and ask questions you may have been avoiding. Anthea believes everyone has the potential to succeed providing they have the will and the tools.
Anthea has affiliations with Life and Business Coaching Association Ireland (LBCAI). Anthea is a certified Bar-On EQi assessor which can help you develop your skills and improve performance.
